In VIDEO #7 Chris answers the following questions.

  • My wife thinks I'm abusive (and I genuinely want to understand why) but I feel like if I agree to take this course then I'm agreeing with her that I'm abusive, and I'm not convinced that's actually the case. What would you recommend?

  • Is this course for a man who is aware he has been abusive but his wife has already chosen to separate or divorce as a result? If chances of marriage restoration are slim to none, what's the point of him taking this course?

  • I have been involved with Conquer and am trying to do my own healing work. My husband knows he needs to do his work and is considering the Men of Peace Self-Paced Course. However, he also expects us to do marital work together, i.e. solve problems, spend time together, go on dates, etc. How would Chris counsel the man on this? Would his recommendation be to do our individual work first? Is it recommended that separation would be helpful?
