The 2026 Men of Peace Coaching Group is a structured, accountability-based coaching experience which will be co-facilitated by Dr. Chris Moles and Dr. Sandy Cruise. This coaching group is for men who have identified abusive patterns in themselves and are committed to taking responsibility for their behavior and walking the path of repentance.
Participation requires a willingness to be honest, to receive feedback, and to actively practice non-violent, respectful, and godly ways of relating—particularly within intimate and family relationships. This group is not therapy and not crisis intervention; it is a gospel-centered, coaching environment that emphasizes personal accountability, discipleship, and consistent participation. Applicants must be prepared to meet all attendance requirements, complete assigned work, and adhere to group agreements and program expectations throughout the duration of the group.
Over the course of twenty-nine (29) weeks, men will complete the Men of Peace Self-Paced Course, submit weekly reflection and application homework assignments, interact with other participants though weekly discussion prompts, and receive almost 50 hours of live coaching from qualified interventionists.
In addition to these components, participant spouses will have the option of receiving limited, non-case-management advocacy services throughout the duration of the coaching process.
Prospective Participants
The 2026 Men of Peace Coaching Group is intended for evangelical, confessing Christian men who personally desire to take responsibility for and repent of the abusive patterns they’ve identified in themselves, regardless of their current or future marital status.

The Men of Peace Coaching Group is a structured, accountability-based coaching experience for men who have identified abusive patterns in themselves and are committed to taking responsibility for their behavior and walking the path of repentance. -
The group will be co-facilitated by Dr. Chris Moles and Dr. Sandy Cruise, both qualified interventionists with extensive experience working with abusive men.
-
No. The Men of Peace Coaching Group will not provide case management to participants. We believe the greatest potential for an abusive man’s accountability lies in his choice to take responsibility for his repentance process and to proactively invite a variety of people (counselors, advocates, pastors, church leaders, law enforcement, etc.) to, together, act as a shepherding team. The more expansive and diverse the roles of shepherding team members, the more effective the accountability will be.
Though not a requirement for this coaching group, during the initial three weeks of guided, independent orientation work, participants will receive instruction and support for identifying and assembling an appropriate shepherding team.
If a participant does not choose to invite outside accountability or establish a shepherding team, this may be an indicator that he is not yet ready or willing to take responsibility for and repent of the abusive patterns he’s identified in himself. -
This group is intended for evangelical, confessing Christian men who personally desire to take responsibility for abusive patterns they have identified in themselves, regardless of their current or future marital status.

While Men of Peace is not affiliated with DAIP, coaching will address all abuse tactics listed on the Duluth Model Power and Control Wheel (as it is the standard in domestic abuse intervention) along with the heart issues and theological motivations associated with them.
